Driving engagement and direction, I ran the London Steering Group with leaders from all of these organisations, coordinating interests and efforts, all in my work to deliver the on-the-ground operations of the Ready for Work programme. This role necessitated a combination of personal and professional approaches, working in close partnership with these major corporate supporters alongside The Prince's Seeing is Believing Programme, the UK's leading homeless charities and their clients as part of Ready for Work. Ultimately, my efforts helped build into the success of this programme, which continues to do great work today.
