The project is carried out in 5 countries (Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, France and Romania) • technical and financial reporting of the project (intermediate and final) • co-orgnizing the Replika educational theatre study case – the main research question was regarding the types of communities around the independent centre and the possibilities to activate them as for Replika to become an important cultural hub in the neighbourhood (9 fellows involved in the research process). During the last year, I collected data regarding the activity log for 1,218 employees from across the country, from 7 occupational categories and contributed to the review of the databases regarding the data of employees (approx. 14,601 records) and case managers (approx. 404 records) from the 42 counties and 6 sectors in Bucharest, to review cost standards of social services for adults with disabilities.

The main partners were DC Communication, Romanian Order of Architects (OAR), ‘’Calea Victoriei’’ Foundation and The National School of Political Science and Public Administration (SNSPA). Between, September 6th – 10th, I was responsible with organizing the ‘’Creative Traditions Forum’’ together with prof. dr. Vintilă Mihăilescu and arh. Teodor Frolu, the 2 initiators and promotors of the ‘’creative tradition’’ in Romania Key Results: - Organized a 5-day public program including debates, exhibitions, and live demonstrations - Delivered a marathon showcase of 30+ creative projects and products - Coordinated the construction of 8 DIY exhibition pavilions and 22 curated fair booths - Launched the dedicated platform: www.traditiicreative.ro - Attracted 1,000+ visitors and engaged a team of 10 volunteers - Brought together over 50 innovative craft, design, and cultural heritage initiatives from across the country

I conducted 15 qualitative interviews with key stakeholders (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education, City Hall, school inspectorates, several NGOs, academia, and representatives from the mass-media). I have applied over 40 online questionnaires for the county school inspectorates and over 50 school units from various regions of Romania. Prior to this process, I have managed a research team of 2 members to ensure the project's success. The project was co-financed by the European Commission through the "Non-State Actors and Local Developing Authorities" program.
