Accountable for deliverables across organisation from website, annual reports, all marketing collateral including newsletters eDMS, DMs, brochures etc as well as all social media paid and organic. * Recruiting, mentoring and coaching of marketing team consisting of specialists in visual design, content/copywriting, and digital media; assisting reports in achieving their key deliverables and supporting their personal development. * Delivered strategic marketing plan for organisation including new Brand campaign ad and strategy for TV, Radio, OOH and Social Media to be rolled out over 24 months from planning through to conception, scripting, casting, filming and editing working with external agencies. Managed advertising spend, PR strategy, marketing and multiple events for multiple campaigns. • Ensured alignment of the marketing strategy to The Kids’ Cancer Projects business strategy, keeping pace with emerging technology, consumer behaviour and marketing environment. • Managed marketing and communications budget, measuring effectiveness and outcomes; worked with cross-functional teams on budget setting, measuring effectiveness of campaigns and appeals.
