This welcoming, bucolic and sumptuous residence is endowed with a soul and a fluid harmony, a magical and unique energy, and the same goes for Collias, a picturesque and totally preserved little village (Natura 2000) also part of the UNESCO heritage, surrounded by fragrant garrigues, a place with a thousand facets.
Surrounded by a wonderful team and a dozen coaches of all specialities, plus an exclusive collaboration with a starred chef from Nîmes, Jerôme Nutile, we welcome our first clients at the beginning of September 2023, who are delighted with this unique gastronomic retreat where all the pleasures of the senses are guaranteed.

Jan. 2002France, USAAfter many years experimenting multiple methods to lose weight, as a guinea pig, I decided at 18 to take back control of my destiny and transform my circumstances into a positive mission.
I then made this life course, a program of support for change, that I called "Smart and Light". Solicited in 2004 by the Tunisian Ministry of Health, I collaborate for nine years, with one of the greatest specialists in obesity and diabetes in the world, who is also the most committed and human doctor, Professor Khemais Nagati. My method will make its way and will help over three thousand participants to regain their healthy weight and a new start, more serene and happier. Back in Paris since 2012, I continued to coach overweight people in a very personalized way and allowing a global approach, surrounded by 4 talented and passionate coaches, (dietetic and organic cuisine, gentle re-initiation to sport, image consulting and shopping staff, nature therapy and bio-nutrition). All our tools are bilingual in English and French.
Speaker, I am also the author of a method guide; the Smart and Light Logbook, and designed an online program available on "smartandlight.com" which takes up the fundamentals of my method, containing 220 video tutorials of: behavioral coaching, cooking lessons and gentle re-initiation sessions to sport, accessible and stimulating.

The fusion of the place, the Chef's infinite mastery, and the concept of organic and light gastronomy, won us many culinary prizes in the European Capital. We had a very good clientele among the members of the European Community, but above all, this restaurant was my first "laboratory" of dietetic gastronomy, which became the key to my Smart and Light program.
