Throughout my time there, I worked closely with the leadership team to support rapid growth, improve client retention, and optimize operational processes. My primary focus was on managing client accounts, developing tailored solutions, and supporting cross-departmental initiatives. I also played a key role in refining DNS and domain management processes, which helped us proactively address client issues and improve service delivery. I supported the onboarding process during a critical period, ensuring new staff and clients received seamless onboarding and support.
