Apr. 2023Seattle, Washington, United States● Create and implement learning programs around all areas of corporate security for Amazon locations globally across 400K+ corporate employees and 1.4M+ global employees ● Strategize and execute 20+ courses annually through the full cycle project management across research, customer consultations, project charters, scope definition, change and risk documentation, course administration, and reporting within Amazon’s LMS ● Guide stakeholders through different learning and development solutions to effectively achieve their desired goals between online courses, coaching, tools training, and changes most effectively in communication style, channel, and message ● Prioritize inbound coursework requests based on their alignment against Amazon’s global annual strategy ● Collaborate cross-functionally across 15 teams in 10-week sprints, spearheading projects through introduction, intake, charter creation, resource gathering, outline, feedback, signoff, comms review, and metrics monitoring ● Initiate introduction meetings and conduct intake meetings to walkthrough the intake questionnaire to thoroughly understand the team’s desired learning and behavioral outcomes ● Draft the charter and obtain approval across stakeholders, gather resource documents, and build the outline and storyline ● Obtain stakeholder feedback at each checkpoint and incorporate feedback through engagement sessions, conducting investigations or deep dives to prevent, detect, and resolve potential non-compliance or subject matter deficits ● Procure final signoff before release from the highest project sponsor, up to the Vice President level ● Write communications and secure review from the Communications Team prior to course release ● Monitor and report LMS statistics post-release for over 5000 learners to detect issues and proactively resolve them
