Key achievements during my tenure include:
• Transforming Connectivity at Target: I successfully increased bandwidth threefold at Target by developing reference architectures that articulated vertical narratives. This initiative led to upgraded seamless Wi-Fi access for over 2,000 U.S. stores, significantly enhancing the experience for both customers and employees.
• Boosting Sales Team Effectiveness: I enhanced sales team performance by streamlining message delivery across six product divisions. By implementing best practices for content creation, curation, and dissemination, I empowered the sales team to effectively leverage mobile-based tools, ultimately driving more impactful customer engagements.
