Oct. 2017 - May. 2019İstanbul, Türkiye- Effectively report the incidents to the sales department which may affect to company profit to maintain good production. - As a next level on the escalation matrix, solving advanced technical matters, and sharing the experience with the team. - Maintains and enforces maintenance of critical NOC assets, such as standards and procedures job schedules, knowledge bases, etc. - Understand, supports, and protects the operation of the NOC and make sure the team is not overload by managing the workload simultaneously. - Bringing new monitoring approaches and identify the requirements. - Install, configures and troubleshoots network equipment. Develops and implements configuration management plans. Making sure the servers are at their best level of capacity and protect them or reach the supports and engineers when needed.
