- Talent Development: Design and manage training and development programs to support continuous professional growth.
- Succession and Onboarding Planning: Create succession plans and onboarding strategies for new hires.
- Labor Relations: Manage labor relations and address any related issues.
- Facilities Management: Oversee facility management with a focus on process optimization and cost reduction.
- Engineering Talent Development Programs: Coordinate talent development initiatives in engineering, collaborating with universities and technical schools.
- Profit Sharing and Results (PLR) Program Management: Oversee the PLR program, emphasizing meritocracy and alignment with strategic unit processes to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Family and Employee Initiatives: Organize and promote events and activities for employees' families, such as open houses and children’s recreation, as well as corporate events like service anniversaries, quality of life initiatives, and volunteer opportunities, positively impacting team engagement and satisfaction.
- Quality Process Compliance: Ensure all HR processes meet the standards of TISAX, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and ISO 17025.
