• Facilitate two weekly staff meetings for my teams;
• Plan off-site meetings in the US and abroad; • Assume the role as POC for EA’s across Amazon when they use our Denver office for events such as, all-hands and offsite meetings;
• Manage the Denver space, acting as Office manager;
• Proactively plan Executives’ day, preparing leaders with timelines, agendas, research, and logistics;
• Schedule cost-effective air, hotel, and ground transportation and provide detailed travel itineraries;
• Serve on Executive Assistant training Committee. Program, plan, and handle logistics for monthly learning series for EA's across Amazon. • Mentor, train, guide, and develop other Executive Assistants and implement best practices for routine administrative functions; • Complete expense reports, purchase orders, and manage corporate card purchases; participate in budget planning and tracking as needed to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization;
• Assist with office moves and proactive space planning to maximize workplace collaboration; • Exercise judgment, discretion, and complete confidentiality in all aspects of support;
