I worked with multiple staff in various positions ranging from cleaning staff, contractors, trainers, teachers, lecturers, co-managers and directly with the directors. I was able to work on my own and was trusted implicitly by my team to deliver the various tasks required to bring a day to completion. Requirements:
- Client Liaison (happiness manager, bookkeeper, appointment booking assistance (rescheduling, cancelations, etc)
- Graphic Design Ability (or being savvy enough to figure it out)
- Staff delegation
- Administration (general and all new)
- Student relations officer (sign-up, counseling, submission tracking, scheduling (all practical hours, incl. exams), certification issuance upon course completion)
- Assistant to 2 Directors
- Merchandise procurement and management
- Setting up and running "The Source Initiative" - cooking for staff and clients who eat by donation, which was used to take care of the homeless on the street. This was my love project! I loved having so many different tasks and fulfilling them all with respect and diligence.
