o Advanced Resolution Engineer, assisting/coaching other engineers on technical problems, doing proactive and reactive Service Request reviews, taking over and managing many escalations.
o Member of Global Technical Lead 3 person global team for Forms Support
o Instrumentation Lead globally for Forms, handling instrumentation topics such as Remote Diagnostic Assistance (RDA) and HealthChecks, and driving adoption internally.
o Knowledge Management Lead for Forms globally, driving quality of engineer-created technical notes that are made visible to customers.
o Good working relationship with Forms Product Management
o Developed part of WebUtil for Forms, and received an Oracle Innovation Award with the other 2 team members.
o Rotated into the Forms Sustaining Engineering team to assist with resolving product defects in the source code..
o Presented twice at SA Oracle User Group and once at the European Oracle User Group
o Presented some Forms “Tech Talk” sessions over the internet to customers.
