Functions Maintain and develop corporate website to meet evolving needs of the business ‐ Ensure successful migration to new platform, launch and ongoing maintenance of website ‐ Lead content update process for Sitecorp corporate pages, ensuring launch readiness. ‐ Oversee relationship with CMS Editors to ensure page architecture is appropriate and functional ‐ Support business in content updates for website, advising on brand and message, oversee updates ‐ Support colleague training and upskilling as necessary ‐ Manage relationships with over corporate functions (eg CoSec) and ensure requirements are met by Sitecorp ‐ Update current site as required, including posting announcements, annual report, new brand identity, until transfer to new platform ‐ Monitor Google Analytics data for corporate sections of the site to ensure pages are performing as needed Maintain and develop Group social media platforms ‐ Set content plans for Group social media platforms ‐ Devise appropriate content for channels as required ‐ Monitor and manage communications through Corporate social media channels ‐ Manage corporate communications executive effectively ‐ Support onboarding and development of digital communications specialist, focused on video content creation, manage workload, train and upskill ‐ Issues management preparation and response as required ‐ Support and upskill others as required to deliver content Deliver social media strategy to support Talent Acquisition ‐ Support continued communication of Employee Value Proposition to external audiences ‐ Co-ordinate with TA to deliver co-ordinated digital marketing plans ‐ Devise content to support Talent acquisition objectives Manage governance across digital communications Ensure effective measurement and data utilisation to improve outcomes
