Feb. 2025 - Jun. 2025KenyaI helped grow the various social projects already present in the NGO, going from the Addiction Recovery program, to the Sponsorship in the Education Program.
I successfully co-led the Mentorship program, mentoring 17 teenagers and young adults in two 4 weeks programs, using life coaching and self development techniques, to help them discover who they are in a way that will give them direction and purpose in their career path.

Oct. 2024 - Dec. 2024HondurasI worked in classrooms with 5 to 25 children. As one of two teachers present in every classes, we taught English literacy, Sciences or other subjects to reinforce the subjects and skills learnt in school. Moreover, we also taught essential life skills (computer literacy, arts and behavioural renforcements) for the kids to have the best opportunities moving forward. During this time, I passed an SEL (Social Emotional Learning) certificate, to bring more awareness and knowledge when talking about emotional regulation and mental health to the children during and outside of class.
I also helped in the bi-weekly evening adult classes, aiming to teach english as well as introduce and install new life skills, not only to support the ones introduced to the children during class but to try and touch the whole community.
Finally, I also worked directly under the Volunteer and Outreach manager, helping with social media or other outreach projects.
Proyecto FlorecerEvent Management Intern
Apr. 2024 - Aug. 2024Medellín, Antioquia, ColombiaI plan, coordinate and execute all of the new events orchestrated by Proyecto Florecer, from their social work workshops and seminars, their educational entrepreneurship events, or their social support groups for women. I work with the events speakers, international volunteers, the organisation's founders and the other logistic interns to ensure innovation and education oriented experiences for all of the included parties. I also worked as co-organiser of our communications' plan from of May to August, working on Facebook events, instagram posts and stories, volunteers organisation or flyers designs. Supervising a group of volunteers and working with other interns helped me develop better organisational skills while learning new tools to work with. I also facilitated events in both Spanish & English in various women's circle around the city.
IEU LABs« Picture me Better » campaign intern
Jan. 2023 - Jul. 2023Madrid, Community of Madrid, SpainThis campaign aims to encourage conversation about the use of children's images in NGO's advertisement campaigns. A specific fixed narrative of victimhood can be deteriorating for some of the children's lives, as they are not helped to act as full rights-holders of their bodies, images and stories. I was part of a team of 7 people in Madrid, within a complete team of 17 students with the Segovia group. I was the internal coordinator for the Madrid group, while taking part in: information research, the literature review planning and writing, video editing and writing articles (such as the use of AI to showcase the impact of storytelling on bias formation). We worked hand in hand with the War Child Sweden office to execute their vision of the project and explore this important topic.

(a financial and emotional help for families with a kid or teenager with cancer) We did a full market research, benchmark and analyzed typical members/donors profile for future targeted advertisement. We also volunteered physically some days of the semester to bring additional help.
