• Services existing and new clients and informs Business Development Manager of leads for new revenue opportunities.
• Strives to meet company’s set monthly targets and comes up with action plans accordingly.
• Oversees entire cycle of recruiting. • Interacts with clients for requirements, scheduling interviews, feedback and follow up. • Obtains job description and other specifics for each position from the client.
• Searches and sources potential candidates through job-sites, advertising, social media, references, contacts, head-hunting, etc.
• Screens job applications and interviews all relevant candidates.
• Screens potential candidates through individual interviews, evaluation of previous accomplishments and conducting all necessary testing.
• Checks references and ensures that all related professional experiences given are accurate.
• Recommends suitable candidates to clients, schedules interviews and coordinates placement of candidates.
• Guides client and candidate through the recruitment process, assists in the beginning of employment and follows up on the employees into their new work environment.
• Follows up with clients as well as candidates regularly.
• Maintains updated candidate database.
• Maintains very organized filing system on all candidates in progress.
• Conducts client visits when appropriate.
• Becomes active member of relevant associations and is present at meetings and get-togethers.
• Is present and actively participates in/at daily briefings and weekly meetings.
• Develops, maintains and improves procedures for efficient operations.
