-Developed fundraising infrastructure, systems, and procedures in the establishment of corporate and workplace giving programs.
-Negotiated multi-channel partnerships with corporate donors to provide pro-bono consulting services, six-figure cash contributions and opportunities to foster employee giving.
-Cultivated, secured, and managed two of the organization's largest donors resulting in 2 million in new revenue in the first year of partnership with a committed $21 million pledged over 3 years and the establishment of a pooled-thematically restricted fund across multiple country projects.
