I would create captivating content for our client’s social media sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia content. I analysed the long-term needs of the client’s social media strategy and generated quarterly reports to the management and executive teams, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan. By staying up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies, I would develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that would be submitted to the management and executive teams. I would also lead community management on all campaigns, monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments, and social media posts. I would also update content on the website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. ● Improved team efficiency by creating an internal design brief template and social media posting process. ● Conducted effective market research and social media analysis using Sprout Social, Facebook Insight and Google Analytics to create realistic and measurable goals and maximise ROI. ● Managed Future Media's and their clients’ social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, Instagram and LinkedIn. ● I was able to increase Future Media’s Twitter follower count by 86%.
