1. Prepare Project Timeline and service delivery based on user requirements.
2. Lead regular project meeting and create meeting of minute for next action plan.
3. Requirement preparation: study and analyze the project scope; prepare the material for requirement session.
4. User Requirement Definition: lead the business requirement walkthrough session, gather and elicit user requirement and create GAP report, participate in technical requirement meeting.
5. Analyze and Design: analyze the data and information gathered in User Requirement session and Design an effective and efficient system which compatible with the existing system, work cooperatively with technical staff or subject matter experts.
6. System Documentation: develop the Functional Specification Document (FSD), or Business Requirement Document (BRD) based on the agreed project scope, GAP report or Technical Requirement meeting’s result.
7. Sharing Knowledge: lead the sharing knowledge meeting and explaining the business process and flow based on documentation to the project teams.
8. Testing: assist in identifying problems and in determining option for how they will be handled, review Quality Assurance documentation to make sure the quality of testing, ensure all modules covered within FSD are delivered.
9. Training: collaborate with Quality Assurance in delivering user training.
10. Problem Solving: identify and analyze the issue and advice the user on the solution.
11. Managing team consists of 20 people to handle IT Projects (software engineers, web designers, quality assurances, and external vendors).
