Mar. 2018- Establish timelines and workflow for global events, digital, social, UX, visual merchandising, collateral, in-store activations and regional needs - Collaborate with cross functional teams (Global Marketing, Supply chain, Product development, Packaging, Editorial, Consumer Marketing, Visual Merchandising, etc.) to ensure timely receipt of creative briefs, status updates and escalations as necessary - Manage all Global collateral offerings and partner with indirect procurement on vendor relations - Manage project based budgets for special projects and requests - Support the Events, Digital and Visual Distortion teams as required to ensure timeliness, accuracy; efficient communication, workflow and execution - Lead weekly status meetings with cross functional teams and departments - Workflow management of agency partners and independent contractors - Evaluate and refine creative processes as needed
