* End-to-End Recruitment Management, scandinavian responsability: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from negotiating contracts with potential hires to implementing systems that enhance the candidate experience.
* Employer Branding & Engagement: Lead Danish employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, while developing and executing employee engagement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
* Pre, Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the pre-, on-, and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees at every stage of their journey.
* Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational needs, ensuring operational effectiveness through innovative tools and methodologies.
* Employee Relations: Focus on building strong employee relations by implementing initiatives that attracts, engage and support the employees throughout their employment.
