I formed a partnership with a local producer and became the sole representative in Sofia. The store was not the typical cluttered bike shop but felt more like a boutique art gallery (by the words of some customers) and had a selection of bikes on display. Customers could test-drive them and walk out with the bike or place an order. I cashed in on it when my son was born.
