With a unique mix of experience in education, law enforcement, and the fiscal sector, I have dedicated my career to developing knowledge, leadership, and collaboration. I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Personal Leadership in Innovation and Change, further deepening my expertise in change management and innovation. As a quality-focused person, I combine legal expertise with strategic insight to optimize processes and ensure effect. At the same time, I serve as a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Business Studies at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, where I guide students in becoming critical and future-oriented professionals. I also lead various educational programs that help professionals in the police and public safety sectors grow and make impact. My strength lies in connecting worlds: bridging education with practice, finance with crime prevention, and innovation with leadership.
