• Full Year Sales planning and annual commercial strategy
• Wholesalers’ targets and discounts setting
• Production planning • Stock management
• Promotion planning, validation process, management and reporting
• Budgeting 2. Key Accounts' management:
• Developing and executing strategy for each of the allocated National Key Accounts
• Analyze performance and results for each KA in own target in order to develop further key partnerships
• Manage the promotional budget allocated and define priorities within the budget
• POS activities 3. Pharma sales force team management:
• Leading a team of 6 medical representatives working with pharmacies on national level • Promotion execution following and reporting
• On-field visits with reps, improving negotiation and sales skills
• Pharma team potential development
• Distribution Visibility and Recommendation (DVR) tracking
