Sessions are intuitive, creative and customised. A blend of conversation, creative expression, massage, meditation and physical exercise.
In addition to individual sessions, I give meditation training and coaching focused on nutrition. Concerning the latter, I published a cookbook on natural food, with seasonal vegetarian recipes, called 'True Natural Food -Natuurvoeding in Herfst en Winter-' (in Dutch, still a few in stock: PM me to get one)
