- Developing and coordinating an effective marketing plan from scratch: opening the department
- Setting up and leading the marketing team: hiring and direct management of 10 people (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, Blog)
- Defining goals, KPI's and reporting process
- Budget Management
- Project Management in cooperation with Product/IT and Design/UX Teams in order to develop marketing campaigns
- Communications & Media Relations: setting up and developing the Corporate Strategy for the Spanish market
- PR & Events: leading events organization for increasing our visibility and positioning Spotahome as a market leader, for different targets (engineers, startups/entrepreneurship, students). Eg. HackerX, BeerTalks, Movember.
- Partnership relations with strategic startup Associations, both at European and local level: European Tech Alliance, EUColab, Asociación Española de Startups, Spain StartUp, Comunidad ElReferente.
