Kelsi Camper has been instrumental in transforming the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment's program management strategies, leading to a 30% increase in operational efficiency over the past two years. Growing from assistant to manager, the department successfully launched the state's first laws designed to protect gig-workers; receiving and resolving dozens of claims against predatory companies. Kelsi spearheaded a groundbreaking initiative to integrate automated practices for notifying and resolving agency compliance, freeing up .75 FTE to be allocated into other compliance investigation. Outside of CDLE, Kelsi has coached track and field athletes for nearly a decade, has ran a successful photography/design business and runs several social media pages. Free lance digital media and logo design has inspired Kelsi to pursue more part-time and temporary work.
