I partnered directly with executive leadership, led Agile delivery across GTM workstreams, and orchestrated key business cycles, from QBRs to sales kickoff recognitions. I also served as the connective tissue between operations, product, IT, and field teams, driving alignment, visibility, and growth. • Delivered 22 GTM initiatives contributing to 78% YoY growth in Expand Sales, embedding customer engagement workflows into Salesforce and Gainsight
• Supported 10+ strategic workstreams that enabled a 50% YoY increase in New Business Revenue, tracked through scorecards and GTM dashboards
• Led the Revenue 2.0 initiative across 7 core workstreams, enhancing pipeline health, nurture campaigns, AE enablement, and sales process updates
• Reduced quoting friction by streamlining 700+ Salesforce fields and automating lead-to-order workflows across teams
• Spearheaded the planning, build, and launch of Zuora’s Salesforce-integrated Partner Portal, including authentication, onboarding, and enablement
• Delivered strategic project updates and risks across sprint reviews, WorkBoard dashboards, and Jira stories to maintain accountability and cross-functional momentum
• Built the internal cross-functional directory to ensure visibility and alignment across GTM resources
• Directed Zuora’s GTM Recognition Program for over 3 years, managing executive nominations, awards logistics, and SKO presentations on behalf of the CRO
• Supported AWS enablement initiatives that made AWS a standardized payment method across new and upsell deals
