• Responsible for optimizing and scaling Headstrong's brand identity across national markets to reach veteran clients, institutional funders, donors, and partners.
• Serve as creative director and producer of all digital assets to tell a cohesive brand story across multi-level marketing platforms.
• Develop, implement, and manage all communications and marketing strategies to include content creation, budgeting, planning and overseeing campaigns, analysis, executive reporting, and maintaining organizational platforms.
• Lead strategic engagements with brand ambassadors like Jake Gyllenhaal, Seth Meyers, David Boreanaz, and Dana White to raise awareness and funds.
• Implement strategic plans across website, social, paid, email, and video, as well as ensure alignment to overall organizational plans.
• Secure and manage relationships with nationally recognized brands like Weight Watchers, Barstool Sports, Chubbies, HISTORY, Lokai, and CBS.
• Create and pitch original marketing concepts to partners and lead national cause marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate and build relationships with military-connected clients to curate and share inspiring stories to Headstrong's supporters, funders, and prospective clients.
• Partner with Board of Directors to collaborate on strategies and campaigns.
• Identify and plan events in targeted regional markets across the United States to raise revenue and increase brand awareness.
• Manage and lead relationships with digital vendors and event producers
• Represent Headstrong as spokesperson at local and national events, as well as liaise with media outlets to produce traditional news segments highlighting Headstrong
