As Chief of Staff, I serve as a key advisor and strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, integrating business, market research, technology, and enablement functions. My role is to anticipate future trends and challenges, leveraging deep research and analysis of market signals, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and best practices. Beyond a growth mindset, my work demands a hands-on, action-oriented approach, driving special projects that deliver quick, impactful results. This broad perspective has made me a key contributor to the development of content for our investors, board, and customers. As Chief Startup Officer, I champion customer-centric strategies and decisions that elevate satisfaction and foster loyalty. As Advisory Lead, I manage a variety of engagements including startup/technology scouting for corporate clients, ecosystem platform deployments for accelerator clients and managed accelerator events/pitch days. As Mentoring Program Lead, I nurture a major growth loop and DEI mission (SVB Catalyst 2045). My active role as an agent-of-change and mentor to 100s of women, Black and Latinx entrepreneurs fuels our charter to serve underrepresented founders and scratches an itch for meaningful connections, fresh discoveries and work that makes a difference.
