Developing long-term, strategic relationships with our customers will enable us to articulate the value of our complete applications portfolio at the highest level of the enterprise, enabling us to position more value to the transformational journey of our Customers. Harry ensures that our business has a customer-centric focus that breaks departmental siloes and aligns teams to work towards a common future as we seek to drive customer intimacy with our customers. Successfully navigating global, matrixed environments and the ability to align various stakeholders, including but not limited to Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Partners and Customer Success, to close complex, bespoke opportunities. Harry is a key member of the U.K. Leadership Team and motivates, coaches, and mentors team members to grow existing account opportunities and capture net-new transformational business to drive more growth and value whilst creating solid customer intimacy. Ensuring all our divisions have a voice but more importantly that the voice of our customers is taken back to the business and actioned. Harry supports all EMEA high value customers and ensures our customers’ transformation is translated back into the business. Harry is extremely passionate on all topics under Diversity & Inclusion. With his expertise, passion and personal interests, Harry created and chairs the UK&I Diversity & Inclusion Board leading 19 Board members with a remit of 6,000 U.K. colleagues across all business lines with the aim of empowering, supporting and educating our colleagues and ensuring we strongly connect with our Customers and work within this space in their organisations.
