Charleen Jackson is the former Chief Operating Officer at Skinflow-The Recovery Pen, a pioneering company in sustainable alternative method of pain relief. With 10 years of experience in operational leadership and corporate industries. Charleen has been instrumental in the telecommunication industry in South Africa on the Vodacom account as a Channel Sales Manager for top OEM’s such as Huawei Technologies and Vivo Mobile. Her strategic vision and commitment to innovation have driven the launch of several successful product lines, establishing her as a young leader within teams in the consumer industry. Charleen is currently wrapping up a PhD with Regent Business School, attained multiple certifications also through Regent Business School, holds an MBA from Regent Business School, a postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from North West University Business School (Potchefstroom Campus), and a B.Com degree with a double major from the North West University (PUKKE/Potchefstroom Campus). Charleen is passionate about integrating sustainable practices into business operations, as well as applying higher standards of ethics into daily business practices. Charleen is focused on continuous learning and expanding her knowledge in various areas such as business practises, creative outlets, and mentoring young future leaders.
