• Regular reporting of Accreditation issues and statistics to the NSW Ministry of Health. • Directing secretariat requirements for the governing committee to sustain the accreditation of all NSW medical graduate training sites. • Project leadership • Leading the NSW Indigenous medical workforce initiatives to include advocacy, fostering partnerships with national peak bodies and state government entities and promoting cultural safety in the NSW clinical workforce. • Leadership of the biannual Aboriginal Trainee Doctors’ Forums to provide training and professional development for indigenous medical graduates whilst setting a benchmark for other government bodies seeking to practically support the Aboriginal medical workforce.
