Lifelong professional in the outdoor industry, as well as a serial entrepreneur and community builder. Youth spent as a climbing and wilderness guide growing up part-time in Pinedale, Wyoming, where the adjacent Wind River Range was home. Early forays into the local wilderness led to a lifetime of adventures worldwide, on peaks, valleys, rivers, and oceans around the world. A climbing specialist, I'm an outdoor generalist, with game in a lot of different elements, environments, and capacities. To this end, as an entrepreneur I've founded multiple multi-million dollar businesses based in sales, consulting, service, fitness, recreation, and community. Founded as well multiple not-for-profits, clubs, and social organizations. This background has provided a number of diverse and comprehensive skillsets valuable to start-ups and established businesses, as well. Proficient in everything from graphic design to deep financial analysis, where attention is given not only to the impact of the information, but to the "why beneath the why," also. Professionally, a sweet-spot has been as a key employee on the ground floor of a company, as mostly I can deliver significant value in any area, specifically where it's needed. Over time, as the jobs have grown and we've portioned off duties to full-timers, segues have been made to newly identified needs. Basically, I can start as a jack-of-all-trades, and specialize as needed, creating pathways to hire full-timers in areas where even part-time consultants were previously out-of-reach. Given a project. it will get done, on time, better than almost anyone else available.
