There are offices in 5 countries. 180 employees improve our services daily — they work on-site and remotely from 18 countries, and speak 7 different languages (though our main working languages are Russian and English). We were increasing in personnel at our back office in Limassol, Cyprus, a development team in Moscow and a friendly project in Montenegro and Estonia. I've filled around 25 vacancies in 6 months (developers, digital, marketing). Unlimint is the private venture fund including 4 fintech projects. One of the projects is Cryptology. It has a focus on mobile and the web. We have already launched the Beta version for Russia and Europe, already have clients in Canada, South America, Africa, and now it is iterative product development. We are going to extend our product to the markets of the US, Japan (already opening offices there) and the whole world. Cryptology’s team: We are a European company (~50 people). The project is registered in Singapore. Head office is in Cyprus (Limassol), and its subsidiaries are in Singapore and Japan. Our development team is in Russia (Moscow).

I was responsible for HR processes in Development Department (1000 employees, over 100 internal hiring managers and team leaders, 8 cities). - creation from the scratch and coordination of IT HR team (17 employees): hiring, adaptation, training, estimation, motivation; - planning, organization and monitoring of the recruitment process in Development Department; - own full-cycle recruitment process: job profiling, sourcing, interviewing, hiring; - adaptation of newcomers during the probation period; - monitoring a mood of IT staff, making personnel happier; - promotion of an internal reference program; Achievements: - entered the company as IT recruiter, became the team leader and HRBP in Development Department; - 126 vacancies closed during 2 years (5 vacancies a month); - started salary reviews (twice a year, 55 roles, 8 cities); - created the knowledge database for IT recruiters; - developed the adaption program for IT HR (subjects: IT, HR, business processes, corporate culture, lifehacks, tools etc); - made the internal ATS as a real sourcing tool; - implemented digital hr-tools; - changed a selecting business process (implemented the stage of competency based interview, optimized a test stage); - conducted the training "Interviewing candidates" for hiring managers; - launched an exit-interview in Development Department to analize and decrease the staff turnover; - implemented a new ATS as a cloud web-service to automize and optimize processes of communications and statistics.
