HR Business Advisors are generally called in to advise leaders on a wide range of issues involving the workforce. As an HR Business Advisor, I develop and enact HR policies that support business objectives. While also analyzing trends related to hiring, employee morale and retention, and employee relations with management and executives to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, aligning HR efforts with company goals. In addition to conferring with executives and management, HR Business Advisor also works closely with individual departments and business lines to coordinate human resources initiatives including training, employee feedback, and personnel changes. • Advising management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures
• Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Assisting with the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflow

• Helps leaders strategically integrate effective HR processes, programs and practices into their daily operations
• Ensure business practices are in accordance with human resource policies and labor laws.
