Coordinate mass media, advocacy, and on the ground communications through all mediums, both in direct awareness and through behavior change communication strategies. Soke Uncobe translates to circumcise is to conquer. The project is in line with international research confirming that male circumcision reduces HIV transmission by up to 60%. Swaziland currently retains the highest HIV/AIDS rate globally. ASI is the first national adult male cirucumcision campaign.

The proposals then go to appropriate donors for funding. The course won the "Boston University School of Public Health Excellend in Teaching Award 2012."
