This also included organizing and facilitating community presentations. Primary responsibility was to conduct assessments of prospective families and field foster care and adoption inquires. Through this I was required to obtain all information and paperwork pertaining to the Licensing and Verification of a foster family or respite provider as well as maintain records of all Fire and Health inspectors. I also coordinated all training for families within agency, re-service and all on-going trainings while maintaining completion of and accuracy of all foster family files in compliance with auditing entities. Track all criminal requests of all foster families, respite providers, employees, and contractors. Assemble foster family and respite provider’s information packets. Conduct all references on all potential foster families and respite providers. Maintain foster family and respite providers’ expiration dates. Generate home agency reports and licenses. Maintain the foster family and respite providers’ directory meaning current foster family, potential foster families and those in the process, weekly status of incoming families, and family deficiency list by using different office automation software programs.
