• Negotiation and implementation of spare parts sales in new sales channels, wholesale, web and Autoplanet stores, with estimated sales of US$1 million in the first year.
• Leading a regional team in car accessories, specifically radios, managing to unify purchases for 4 countries, reducing cost by 40% and achieving growth from US$1 million to US$12 million over four years.
• Centralization of the planning and purchasing operation by creating a hub in Chile, reducing inventory from 52 to 46 weeks and reducing obsolescence by 2%, also improving missing spare parts solution days from 35 to 26 over 2 years.
• Service level improvement and sales growth since 2016 (+21%, +19%, +18%).
