Aug. 2016 - May. 2018Manager of Corporate Giving • Actively research, identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward corporate partners and sponsors up to $150,000.
• Create proposal materials and implement strategies to engage and cultivate current, lapsed, and new corporate supporters. • Oversee stewardship process for corporate partners and sponsors, including timely and thorough reports demonstrating the impact of gifts.
• Manage the acknowledgment process to ensure that all gifts are acknowledged properly and in a timely manner.
• Manage corporate partner and sponsor benefit fulfillment and contractual obligations and requests. • Maintain and update corporate partners and donor records in Raiser’s Edge, Confluence and TAZ including meeting notes and agendas, and corporate contact reports. • Maintain corporate partnership recognition/promotional contents (e.g., website listing, information packets and materials, benefit sheets, etc.)
• Track revenue goals on a monthly basis and prepare revenue reforecasts on a quarterly basis, report to Director of Institutional Giving and Director of Development.
• Customize corporate partner benefits to ensure the offerings provide value.
• Engage and entertain corporate partner’s leadership and VIP clients. • Promote employee participation and involvement in Museum activities of corporate partners and sponsors.
• Research corporations and organizations that fund the Museum’s needs, including education, conservation, exhibitions, special events and solicit for sponsorships and grant money.
• Create new Impact corporate level to engage small businesses and entrepreneurs.
• Increase the DMA’s involvement with organizations that support all business communities.
• Write all corporate foundation grants
• Work with other Museum departments to secure information for grants and steward reports.
• Maintain confidentiality, friendly, cooperative relationship with board, staff, volunteers, partners, and all DMA supporters.
