I graduated in 1992 from the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications at the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest. I worked for 10 years at the Institute for Advanced Technologies and then, for 15 years, I was a manager and General Manager in military units of the National Defense and Security System (e.g. the Institute for Advanced Technologies and the Autonomous Administration RASIROM). I am currently 57 years old, a reserve officer, retired and open to new professional experiences. I have extensive experience in project and team management, the development of professional entities and collectives. In 2010 I defended my doctoral thesis, obtaining the title of doctor in "Military Sciences and Information". I have experience in the management and development of critical infrastructures, especially for natural gas transportation, and as a Business Development Manager. I have musical knowledge, a mini-music studio, and a diploma qualification as a music producer.
