As Managing Director and Lead Pharmacist at Cay Hill Pharmacy, I combine clinical expertise with business acumen to drive patient-centered outcomes, streamline operations, and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic hospital setting. My journey is grounded in a deep commitment to quality care, collaboration, and innovation. I spearheaded the implementation of operational controls and inventory systems that improved financial oversight and medication safety. I also led high-impact negotiations that achieved significant cost savings in pharmaceutical procurement. Beyond operations, I am passionate about transforming healthcare systems. I’ve played a strategic role in shaping hospital policies through leadership on the Medication, Ethics, and Infection Control Committees at the Sint Maarten Medical Center. My academic grounding includes an Executive MBA from Maastricht School of Management and executive education from Harvard and MIT in change leadership, design thinking, and negotiation. I thrive in multicultural environments and work fluently in Dutch and English.
