As #brainbabe ambassador I embrace this statement; and encourage us to take this a step further to empower men and women. Being a woman in the heavily male-dominated security industry for the last 7+ years I have come face to face with many of the challenges we face being the "minority". By becoming a #brainbabe ambassador we can use a framework to speak from a place of empowerment and truth. We will also create a safe communicative environment where we can affect change, and challenge the idea of what type of person is "in the security industry". By doing this, we hope to open the doors for young men and women to be excited to contribute to the #brainbabe community and continue to grow and develop it.
