Setting up preventive and predictive maintenance program using special software (Coswin). Building from zero a fully equipped maintenance department. - Starting the implementation of ISO 9001, 14001 and 16949 standards. - Taking care for general administration issues and assuring that factory’s operation according local laws and regulation (obtaining fire, environment and operation authorization).
