Created pods focused on specific segments of the business, and a program for cross training to ensure continuous and focused support. After taking care of the fundamentals, we were able to layer in employer branding, university programs, technical sourcing and interviewing methods while successfully executing on quarterly hiring OKRs. Utilized a capacity model to effectively predict team needs and allocation across business units, which resulted in consistently high metrics. Developed a cadence of weekly reporting on an Executive dashboard, which incorporated role prioritization to ensure focus on highest priority positions. Built a partnership with Sales Ops and Finance to anticipate needs and keep GTM teams in positive quota ratios for the first time. Continuously innovated to push our team and the company as a whole including amazing employment brand campaigns and effective use of tools (Greenhouse, Karat^, Hired, CrossChq, Altru, SparkHire, and more) which were adopted and celebrated by Glassdoor. Iterated and pressure tested our programs to continually process improve. Embedded our team with Product and Engineering to pilot new technologies, ideate and dog food our own products.
