-Maintaining project documentation, progress reports, and performance metrics. Providing regular updates to stakeholders.
-Conducting project reviews, evaluating outcomes against initial goals, and ensuring project closure including final documentation and handover.
-Following project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc., as per the project requirements
