- Managing information concerning stakeholders;
- Managing the Permanent Feedback Channel;
- Assisting the support areas for prospecting, development, construction, and operation to complement strategies;
- Developing and monitoring performance indicators and goals;
- Crafting, assessing, and executing the communication and social responsibility plan;
- Integrating strategic information and facilitating processes, actions, training, and workflows;
- Organizing and compiling communications information related to projects for centralization in a unified platform;
- Designing and implementing actions in the 4 dimensions of relationships: internal audience, communities, landowners, and government entities;
- Creating and implementing procedures and guidelines that meet IFC obligations and Equator Principles;
- Studying and implementing digital solutions to optimize and automate the workflows and activities within the Community Engagement department.
