I was responsible for all company administrative needs in support of the function of setting up a business. Carry out all HR requirements for the team, including head hunting and interviewing prospective candidates. Organising attendance and research for Conference and event management, organisation of travel for teams including flights, hotels and visas. This role covers all aspects of business support as required. Key Responsibilities
• Understand and deliver legislation on Labour law, HR and business policies and procedures, writing policies and guidelines
• Act as Office Support and Liaison for the Luminus Life Plus Dubai Office.
• Support the recruitment co-ordination, screening candidates and setting up interviews.
• Drafting contracts, applying for visas, Onboarding and Coordination of new starters
• Managing employee queries for leave, contracts, and day to day queries.
• Calculation and tracking of overtime, annual leave, sick leave
• Organising and maintenance of all IT services and subscriptions that are required by the company
• Sourcing and finding Health insurance, company phone lines, services required by the company
• Keep accounts for expenses incurred by Chief of Staff
• Manage Petty Cash and payment of costs incurred
• Diary Management of C-Suite and organisation of travel
• Conference Management, finding suitable conferences to attend and organising all requirements for travel
• Travel to support CEO on conferences
• Support the team with any specific projects such as Branding, landing page creation and external data warehouse.
