• Solve technical, and user experience challenges that create business impact
• Guide development of new features to enhance the quality of the customer experience on our ecommerce platform
• Oversee deployment of all website activities and updates
• Collect platform feedback (internal and external) to recommend and improve product performance • Perform/coordinate functional testing of the deliverables from service providers
• Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact for ecommerce from within the organization and external vendor relationships
• Act as a product owner to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test eCommerce initiatives
• Design and develop landing pages as needed
• Work closely with SEO/SEM Specialist to provide assistance when needed
• Manage the product setup process, product navigation, onsite search, product promotions, platform users/roles and product cross-sells and upsells.
• Review, report and provide insight on monthly KPI’s to identify potential issues and growth opportunities
• Manage email marketing campaign deployment, provide strategy insight for campaigns, influence design and develop email templates, report on monthly KPIs, maintain recurring campaigns
• Provide ad-hoc reports using database management system (MS Access) and Salesforce
