Achieving growth and team sales targets monthly by successfully managing and growing the sales team
Identifying and developing new sales strategies (ex. activating mt4 and mt5 marketplace automated robots) and converting them into profitable new business
Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives incl. retention and conversion
Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Presenting sales, revenue and forecasts to the management team
Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status (ex. expanding to the German market)
Establish and foster partnerships with key stakeholders both externally and internally (ex. new affiliates, psp providers and lead generation negotiations)
