Sep. 2021 - Jul. 2022In my current role, I am responsible for the ongoing refinement of the Sierra corporate brand, including corporate narrative, brand personality and guidelines to achieve corporate milestones. I oversee the development and implementation of robust communications plans to support data announcements, quarterly earnings, industry meetings, business development deals and investor relations activities, among other milestones. I also oversee internal communications and corporate social & digital media for the company. My key achievements for this role so far have been: • Led the development and execution of communications strategy for topline announcement of pivotal Phase 3 data for momelotinib.
• Serve as key media spokesperson and contact resulting in positioning Sierra as industry thought leader via executive presentations, contributed articles and media opportunities.
• Steered significant efforts in launching Community Connect series to bring patient voice into the company.
• Rejuvenated company social media channels, including Twitter and LinkedIn, as well as created monthly social media calendars to consistently share the Sierra story.
• Maintained consistent collaboration with Investor Relations function via ongoing refinement of corporate narrative, investor deck and planning/execution of investor and analyst events.
• Launched new corporate intranet site for employee engagement and peer-to-peer recognition in addition to standard communication dissemination.
